Since 1992, she has directed and managed the growth, development, and profitability of the Keneum Business Group, originally Business To Business Marketing, producing and implementing profit-generating, sustainable business and market solutions for new markets, technologies, and services working with clients in Europe, North and South America, and Asia. Key clients include Exxon Mobil, Azimuth Pharmaceutical, Henkel International, SRI, Liberty Media, National Semiconductor, Hitachi, Matsushita, Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, Apple Computer, IBM, and British Telecom.

Donna expands, manages, and sustains growth and profitability in global markets, collaborating with financial, government, and regulatory bodies in Asia, Europe, and the US, to minimize client risk while maximizing profitable-generating business opportunities. She continuously explores new channels and market segments, producing and implementing long-term market and product development initiatives. She enhances client services personnel to meet dynamic growth while maintaining industry-leading customer service.

She conducts extensive business development lectures at companies and universities worldwide, currently presenting her research on global management and business development practices initiated by the U. S. Department of Commerce, and featured in the Business Journal and Alexander Hiag’s World Business Review.

After graduation, Donna worked for oil companies in the US and Europe for many years, in 1987 jointly founded Business To Business Marketing with Adlerstein Machine from New York City, forming a project consultancy group managing $200M in global technology assets. In two years she expanded client services 35%, increased new client base 40%, and spearheaded dramatic market growth for Texas Instruments, AMD, Motorola, and National Semiconductor.

Named Managing Director of Business To Business Marketing in 1992, she managed the corporate office and the key Western U.S. territory, expanding client opportunities while reducing risk in a fluid global climate. Structuring market development strategies and tactics, and tapping new and under-performing market segments for both start-ups and multinationals, she delivered profitability well above industry averages.

She co-published an engineering textbook on wafer manufacturing and testing used in universities worldwide, and has awards and honors for her environmental and community development, including the International Red Cross, the Public Broadcasting Service, a cutting-edge regional hospital group, California Wilderness Preservation, and International Children Organization.
